Farhad is a great guy and very helpful. He patiently took the time to understand my design ideas and helped me create the kitchen I had always wanted. He partners with XLNC Builder on bathroom and other home remodeling projects, and they work together exceptionally well. The team did an amazing job at my home and truly made my dream a reality.

RE: Endorsement of Modern Concept Interior
To Whom It May Concern,
It is with great confidence and genuine enthusiasm that I write this letter in full endorsement of Modern Concept Interior. As a Principal Architectural Designer and Master Planner with over 43 years of experience in high-end custom residential and mixed-use design, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of cabinet and millwork vendors throughout my career. Modern Concept Interior stands among the very best.
Over the course of three separate projects, Modern Concept Interior has consistently delivered cabinetry of exceptional quality — precise to specification, beautifully finished, and installed with a level of professionalism that is increasingly rare in today's market. Their craftsmanship reflects a genuine pride in their work, and that standard has been unwavering across every engagement.
What further distinguishes Modern Concept Interior is their accuracy and responsiveness throughout the design and construction process. Their shop drawings have been thorough and precise, their field coordination seamless, and their ability to meet the exacting demands of architectural design intent is something I have come to rely upon. On every project, the finished product matched — and in several instances exceeded — what was presented on paper.
I also want to acknowledge the fairness and transparency of their pricing. In an industry where quality often comes at a steep premium, Modern Concept Interior has demonstrated that exceptional work and competitive pricing are not mutually exclusive. Their value proposition is outstanding and has made them a preferred vendor for my firm.
I recommend Modern Concept Interior without reservation to any architect, designer, developer, or homeowner seeking superior cabinet and millwork solutions. They have earned my trust and my continued partnership, and I look forward to working with them on many projects to come.
Sincerely,

Eddie Villaruz

I had a great experience with Modern Concept Interior Design. About two months ago, after purchasing my new home, I reached out to them and received a free estimate for my kitchen and bathroom design.

Mr. Farhad personally came to my house, carefully evaluated the space, and provided a beautiful and practical design. Within a week, everything was ordered, and soon after, they completed the installation of my Italian kitchen and bathroom.

The quality of the work is excellent, the pricing is very reasonable, and the whole process was smooth and professional. I truly appreciate their effort and attention to detail.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality design and great service!

I purchased modern cabinets from this company for a home I’m currently flipping, and my experience was very positive. The cabinets are Italian, and the quality of the materials and finishes was excellent—exactly what I was expecting.
The installation team was professional, organized, and delivered the project with great attention to detail and no hassle. Pricing was also fair and reasonable considering the level of quality provided.
Overall, if you’re looking for high-quality Italian modern cabinets with clean execution and reliable service, this is a solid choice.
